Well I showed Joe the shoot yesterday, though the videos decided they didn't want to play-though my internet's been a bit funny lately for some reason. He loved the photos though, and was also happy to hear the feedback.

We had a giggle at some of the shots, remembering silly things we whispered to each other during the video and such.

How was everyone's weekend?

Joe and I had a couple of gigs this weekend-one that he organized and was a great turn out-also happened to be very close to Jette's house, but couldn't get a hold of her. Good thing I didn't drink too much or I might have thought it was a good idea to go over and wake her up hahaha!

We did though meet my friends new boyfriend, he missed the gig, but ended up giving us a ride to an afterparty where a wave of tiredness rushed over, but stayed up and then got a cab home later. Was waaay to tired to stay up and party, and as soon as we got back to Joe's, he made a sandwich, then passed out in the living room where someone else had crashed.

The next day there was another gig, but before that I got my new book Thrill City by Leigh Redhead-she writes this awesome series about a former stripper turned PI that's based in Melbourne-I absolutely love the series, and was so excited when I heard this one was coming out as it's been 3 years since the last one.

I pretty much devoured it today, and now I want to know what happens next hahahaha impatient as I am, it's a great series.

So we went to a Sunday evening gig, and I think 1 or 2 bands pulled out which was lame, though it meant finishing earlier which was good cause we didn't have to worry about trains not running lol. Was great fun, though I have remnants of silly string on my jacket as the can wasn't shaken properly-part of a gimmick for a friends band-kind of like a B52's party band crossed with Rip Taylor confetti throwing only punk lol. I think all of them may hit me for saying that

Oh and on Friday was my besties birthday party. Her actual birthday was Sunday, but she went to the zoo with my ex housemate who I don't speak to, so I decided not to go. But Friday night was fun, we went to a 1950's style diner(favored by Angie I might mention ), then we thought we'd meet up with my sister who was having a dinner, but she left the place 15 minutes before we got there.

We stayed for a couple of drinks, then headed to a semi-haunt of mine where I ran into a few friends, and My bestie and her new boyfriend decided to announce there official relationship. I was taking pictures of them and instructed, "right, now give me sexy", and they started making out, which was kind of surreal to see from her, but at the same time made me go awww she's getting some hahahhaa

I continued to take photos, and as to whether they were paying attention or not was irrelevant as I was trying to get interesting yet sexy angles. Some guy came up and laughed that I was a horrible friend, and I said " No I'm not, I'm a fucking great photographer". After the beer, cider and tequila I'd been drinking, I thought I was doing pretty well. Bestie and her boy laughed at the pictures-they are really good for being taken on a phone in a dark bar-and I'm waiting for her to put pictures from the night up of us, so I can show them here too

I'm still job hunting, but I'm getting a call tomorrow about a job that I really want, so cross fingers, toes, titties and testicles that I get it!

First babble time Well the guy that my bestie was seeing are no longer seeing each other. Long story short-it's for the best. But she is back to being my full time wife lol. Though we have yet to consummate our marriage- it'd be waaaaaaaay to weird.

Last night was Saturday, and super fun! I went out to dinner with my sister, her friend, and boyfriend at a yummy vegetarian place; then went to meet up with Joe for a Pisschrist gig. He and 100 other people couldn't get in, so we went with 2 other friends to get a large bottle of vodka and some juice, and ended up doing observational humor from the second story of a car park near Chinatown.

Then we ended up back at this dudes house, did some cheeky things, and I ended up tripping hardcore while in bed next to a girlfriend thinking, "don't wake her up, don't wake her up!" while having so many things happening-including but not limited to, a religious epiphany, communication with Brad Nowell, the immense need to chew on my pinky while scratching my forehead with my thumbnail(I thought the mark was a pimple this morning til I remembered what happened) and freaking out over un-matching 70's geometric printed tiles in the bathroom.

Eventually I got to sleep in a bed that was someone else's who lived there-he was really nice and felt bad that they woke me up after I got kicked out of the other bed-the girl I was next to wanted to get some and I wasn't going to argue

We are It's lightly raining out and looks really pretty in my backyard as there's new blossoms on a tree and they look beautiful! It's still really cold, but I love to look at it and hear birdies chirpping

Though I'm a little scared to let my cat out-he killed 2 birds last week, brought 1 into the house, and the other on the back porch a couple of days later. I'm a vegetarian for a reason, and one is disliking dead animals. My sister pointed out to me that I've eaten so many chickens in my life that I can get over myself and clean up the bird-she's also a veggie, but has cleaned them up when I wasn't home.

She's overseas with our mom, so I'm feeling lonely as Joe's at work, and can't come over til the weekend. Though on the plus side having the house to myself means I can walk around naked and masturbate anywhere without having to worry that she'll be home at such and such time. Gotta look at the pluses right?

I heard back about a job today that I didn't get and am really cut as I thought that one was a sure fire winner. I also called another place this morning, but my credit ran out in mid conversation and when I called back on another phone, the lady didn't answer which was weird. It's for a receptionist in a massage parlor, and I actually really want that one, although I know they are interviewing tomorrow, and didn't get the full address. I might try to call again and see how I go. Also I was told I'd get a call back about another job today or tomorrow so fingers crossed and all that jazz
